. . . Catering to the Pro, and the not-so . . .

How can I sign up for lessons?
Signing up is easy! You can either call or stop in the store. We will give you a list of available times and teachers. You can then decide whats best for your schedule and pick the time and date of your first lesson.

What happens if you do not have an available time that is convienent for me?
If a time is not available that is convienent for you, we can put you on a waiting list, and contact you as soon as a better time is available.
How much do lessons cost and how can I pay?
Lessons are $16.00 per half hour, and are billed monthly on the first lessons of each month. The payment is made directly to the teacher, and can be made by cash or check.
Do you require a deposit?
Absolutely not!  We will never ask for a deposit or require that you give us any kind of credit card information.
What will I need to bring for the first lesson?
Except for the drums and piano, all you need to bring is your instrument and any books you may already have.  Our lesson rooms are already supplied with pianos, drums and amplifiers for guitar and bass.  Drummers and percussion students should bring their sticks and mallets.
What if we have to cancel a lesson?
As long as we receive 24 hour notice of a cancellation, you will be credited for the lesson.  Another option is to schedule a make-up lesson at another time that week if available.  To cancel a lesson, you can call the store or send an email to: info@brunobrothers.com
Do you offer group lessons?
No, we believe group lessons are more of a hindrance than a benefit for the student.  One-on-one lessons allow the student to learn at their own pace.
Can private lessons supplement their class lessons at school?
Very much so.  Many students take lessons to help them in case they did not take school band the previous year.  Lessons will help them get to the same level as their classmates, and in many cases, surpass them!
Are we always going to stick to the lesson book?
Before you can BREAK the rules, you must first LEARN the rules!  The lesson books are there to help teach the fundamentals of music.  But we understand that lesson books can be tedious at times.  After a certain amount of time, the teacher can mix up the lessons to include the lesson plan, and also music the student requests.
What if the lessons do not work?
Our teachers are here because we know them personally and we know that they are excellent musicians and teachers.  However, we understand that not all teachers are right for all students.  If there are any issues that arise, PLEASE come and talk to us!  We will do everything we can to make sure you have the best experience here at Bruno Brothers Music!!

Stop in and see us, and become part of the family!
